Matthew 22:21 They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore
unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.

Jesus was posed a question, from the religious leaders, about whether a person should
or should not pay taxes.

The answer is clear, simple and very helpful.

Our right walk with God should always lead us to a right walk in the world around us.

Today as we seek to walk moment by moment within the center of God’s will, let us stay alert and focus on all of our obligations.

Getting to work on time, doing our homework, cleaning our rooms and yes, paying taxes!

May the Lord find us faithful and others find us responsible within our daily duties of life.

Hebrews 11:3 By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.
God is the creator of everything that there is.
So today, what do we need?
As we take our burdens to God with great passion, let us also do so with great confidence.
He is able to meet every need, solve every problem and direct every step.
Today, let us pray and live with our confidence in the power of our great God!

I Samuel 14:6
And Jonathan said to the young man that bare his armor, Come, and let us go over unto the garrison of these uncircumcised: it may be that the LORD will work for us: for there is no restraint to the LORD to save by many or by few.

So often we can get consumed with the lack of personnel, resources or ability.

Our verse today can help all of us.

Jonathan knew that the Lord was not dependent upon human resources to accomplish a divine task.

Success is determined by our commitment to God’s will and dependence upon God’s power.

Today let us not get side-tracked by what we don’t have, and focus on what we do have; God!

Let us allow God to do such a work in our lives today that when it is all said and done the only explanation is that God did it!
